Nicola Minicheillo, born Nicola Gautier on March 21st 1978 is a retired British Bobsledder who has retired. Nicola has competed from 2001 to 2011. She has won two medals in the two-woman event at the FIBT world championships winning a silver in 2005. She made history in 2009 winning a gold and becoming the first female bobsleigh driver to win a world championship.

Before taking up bobsleigh, Nicola competed under her maiden name (Gautier) for Sheffield athletic club at shot, javelin and heptathlon. When not bobsledding Nicola worked as a part time P.E. teacher and also as an athlete mentor for the Youth Sport Trust. It was announced on August 10th 2010 that Minichiello would miss the 2010-11 Bobsleigh World Cup due to a knee injury. In April 2011 Nicola announced her retirement as a bobsleigh driver and took up a position as head development coach at the sport's governing body.

In August 2012, she became head of performance for the Netherlands Olympic Bobsleigh team, becoming the first woman to head a Winter Olympic Sports organization.
